For 3D printing of plastics, we use selective laser sintering (SLS), a technique that uses laser to melt plastic
powder, building up the designed part or piece layer by layer. For plastic production, we have a number of industrial-grade EOS 3D printers that print plastic 3D products quickly, with high quality, and cost-effectively. They print even the most complex designs with individuality and attention to detail. The printing accuracy is outstanding, and the surface quality of the models is excellent. The maximum print size is 340 x 340 x 600 mm.
1 x EOS FORMIGA P 100

2 x EOS FORMIGA P 110
Printing dimensions: 200 mm x 240 mm x 330 mm
Layer thickness: 0.1 mm
Supporting material: No need for separate supporting material.
3 x EOSINT P 396
Printing dimensions: 340 mm x 340 mm x 600 mm
Layer thickness: 0.1–0.12 mm
Supporting material: No need for separate supporting material.
For 3D metal printing, we use DMLS technology, which, like SLS, involves laser melting. In practice, a 3D metal printing machine uses laser to melt the metal powder, layer by layer, until the desired part is ready. Finally, the excess powder and support structures are removed, and the parts are ready for post-processing. Did you know that metal parts manufactured with DMLS technology have a 99.99% sealing performance?
The technology and equipment we have for 3D metal printing works best for small and medium sized parts. At 3D Formtech, we have two high-quality EOS M 290 machines with the features and production capacity to meet the needs of the industry. A high-quality machine guarantees a precise and even result. The finished product is virtually non-porous.
