When producing 3D prints, pressing the “play” button and letting the machines do their thing isn’t the whole story. Once a part moves into production, its development process continues. Production also requires constant monitoring.

Our production team consists of professionals who have worked in 3D printing for so long that they’ve developed a keen sense of the process. They notice if, for example, something went wrong during the design phase and take action to address it.

Our production staff often comes up with suggestions on how to improve the next batch. Since the models are digital, it’s easy to make changes before the next print run. We strive to learn from every print.

We continuously collect data on the printing process, and our database already spans over 10 years of production. Based on this data, we’ve been able to define the general tolerance meaning the range of dimensional deviations that are possible. We know exactly how each variable affects the behavior of the machines.
